Kvantia Harness
The same installer on every computer. On a workspace machine it does the work and stays on while the team works; on your own computer you chat, give tasks and receive files. What you can do follows from your role, not from which file you installed.

The macOS build is not signed with an Apple certificate, so the first time you open it macOS says the developer cannot be verified. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and press “Open Anyway”.
Requires Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 x64, a graphical session and an unlocked GNOME Keyring or supported KWallet. This is not a headless server package.
Install the downloaded .deb with the system package installer or apt, so dependencies are installed too. Then open the app as your normal desktop user, not with sudo.

Before setting up the server
- An AI provider account or API key you already pay for — Claude or GPT. Harness uses yours, at their price.
- An active subscription with a workspace, and the Kvantia account of the person who will be its digital member.
- The files, templates or systems the routine touches, on that same computer.

Harness does the work on this machine, so the routine keeps running whether or not anyone is at the desk. A weaker computer still runs it — long routines just take longer.
Setup
Set up the server once. Then invite your team.

Install and activate
Run the installer and sign in with the Kvantia account that holds this server. Registration ties the workspace to this one computer; nothing is typed in by hand.

Connect your AI provider
Point Harness at your own Claude or GPT account or API key. You pay that provider directly, at their price — we add no markup.

Grant the first capabilities
Start with the built-in workspace tools. Add access to a folder, mailbox or business system only when a task needs it.

Run one routine and approve it
Describe the routine in plain language. Harness restates the scope, does the work, and pauses anything sensitive for your approval before it happens.
