Refunds & withdrawal

Kvantia Harness is a business subscription sold by the seat. After a seven-day free trial, the EUR base price is €19 + VAT per seat per month, or €190 + VAT per seat per year — ten months’ price. Where available, Stripe converts this at checkout using its current exchange rate; a converted renewal amount can change with that rate. There is no separate first-term or renewal base price. A refund is made for the amount actually charged, in the currency used for payment.

Turning off automatic renewal stops future charges. It does not shorten the term you have already paid for and does not by itself create a refund for it.

EU consumers keep their statutory 14-day withdrawal right. If Harness will not run properly on your hardware, you get a full refund within 30 days.

A refund ends the right to operate the software. It does not delete anything on your computer: your files, routines, results and audit history stay where they are and remain exportable.

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. After that Kvantia Harness stops running routines — but nothing on your computer is deleted: your files, your routines, your credentials and the audit history all stay where they are, and start working again if you subscribe later. Honest mistakes, like a double charge, are refunded without a fight.
