Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [[REKVIZĪTI — jāaizpilda pirms publicēšanas]] ("Kvantia Harness", "we", "us").

We provide (a) this website and the account portal, and (b) the Harness supervision layer: task queues, routines, guardrails, health monitoring and audit logs for agents that run on infrastructure you control. The agent itself, and everything it does inside your systems, runs under your responsibility; Harness records and gates its work but does not replace your judgement.

You agree not to use Harness to direct an agent toward unlawful activity, and to hold the necessary rights to every system you connect.

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may delete your account at any time; deletion removes your tasks, schedules and logs from our systems and cannot be undone.

During early access the service is provided as-is, may change without notice, and carries no availability guarantee. These terms will be replaced by a fuller agreement before paid plans launch.
