Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and CODARS DESIGN, SIA (registration No. 40103472693), registered at Mazā Jūrmalas iela 45, Piņķi, Babītes pag., Mārupes nov., LV-2107, Latvia, which operates Kvantia Harness ("Kvantia Harness", "we", "us").

We provide (a) this website and the account portal, and (b) the Kvantia Harness application — a program you install and run on your own supported computer. Everything the application does happens on your machine, under your control: the AI, your data, your keys and the work all stay local.

You decide which abilities to switch on and which systems to connect, and you agree to hold the necessary rights to each of them and not to direct the application toward unlawful activity.

Kvantia Harness is licensed to businesses as a subscription, not a one-off purchase and not a perpetual right. You are buying the right to run the software for a paid term.

What you buy is seats, and every seat costs the same whoever or whatever occupies it. One seat is the Individual plan: owner-level tools in your own application, and no workspaces. Two or more seats are the Team plan, in which up to one fewer than the number of seats may be workspaces, because at least one seat is always a person handing out work. Seats belong to the single legal entity named on the invoice.

A workspace is a computer running the AI together with the people attached to it, and the account that operates it is that workspace’s digital member. Each workspace covers one Runtime: one active computer and one AI worker running at a time. The purchase creates the first workspace; the account owner creates any others up to that ceiling.

A workspace remains operable while your subscription is active and it is within the ceiling, counted from the oldest workspace first. A workspace above the ceiling stops starting work; nothing on your computer is deleted, and it resumes when there are seats for it again.

You may move a workspace to a replacement computer yourself, as often as you need, from your account. Only one computer can be active per workspace at a time.

A seat costs €19 per month or €190 per year, excluding VAT; the annual price is ten months’ price for twelve months of use. The EUR base price is the same each period — there is no separate first-term or renewal price. The amount charged is the seat price multiplied by the number of seats. VAT is added according to your location and is shown before you pay.

EUR is the only defined price. Where available, Stripe converts it to your local currency at checkout using its current exchange rate; the converted amount is shown before you confirm. If you choose to pay in a local currency, the converted amount on later renewals can change with the exchange rate. The EUR base price remains the one stated above.

The subscription renews automatically for a further term of the same length at the same EUR base price, on the same date each period, until you cancel. You can turn renewal off yourself at any time in your account, without contacting us. The renewal date and EUR base amount are shown before you pay and in your account; any local-currency amount can vary with the exchange rate.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not shorten the term you have already paid for and does not create a refund for it, subject to applicable law and to our refund policy.

If a renewal payment fails, the licence enters a 30-day grace period starting from the renewal date. Nothing is restricted during that time — it exists so that an expired card or an invoice sitting in accounts does not interrupt your work.

If the term and the grace period both end without payment, the right to operate the software ends.

When the paid term and any grace period have ended, Harness stops starting new work: no manual runs and no scheduled routines. Work that is already running is allowed to finish safely rather than being cut off part-way through.

Everything else stays. You can still open the application, view your settings, results, routines and the complete audit history, and export any of it.

Your data is never forfeited because a licence expires. We do not delete, encrypt, withhold or otherwise hold your files, routines, credentials, logs, approvals or audit history because of a lapsed or cancelled licence. Paying again restores operation automatically, without contacting support.

The licence covers the software, its updates and its security fixes. It does not include: setup or configuration work; building, designing or maintaining your routines; training; consulting; remote administration of your systems; troubleshooting third-party software or infrastructure; or any service-level agreement or guaranteed response time.

Costs you pay to others are separate and are not part of this licence: your AI provider (Claude, GPT or another), operating systems, hardware, and any third-party service you choose to connect.

Harness works alongside software we do not control. Changes made by third parties — an AI provider altering or withdrawing a model or API, a connected service changing its interface, or an operating system or browser update — can affect compatibility or behaviour. We work to keep up with such changes, but we cannot guarantee that any particular third-party integration will keep working unchanged.

The software may check that a valid licence and paid term exist, including by contacting our servers. It does not send your files, routine content or credentials in order to do so.

Your account is where your workspaces, people, invoices, renewal date, machine transfer and cancellation live. You are responsible for keeping access to it, and for keeping your master password safe — because your data is encrypted on your machine, we cannot recover it if that password is lost.
