Why teams take more than one workspace

Different departments, different access. Finance routines reach the accounting system and the bank statements; sales reaches the CRM. Separate workspaces keep those permissions and credentials apart — no worker ever holds both.
Work runs side by side. One workspace runs three agent tasks at a time, and one pending task per project. Payroll, month-end reporting and four department requests on the same Monday queue behind each other on one workspace; on two they finish in parallel.
One run log per department. Each workspace keeps its own local log of every routine run — when it started, how long it took, whether it reported, stayed quiet or failed, and the error if it did — for the last 200 runs or 30 days. An auditor gets a clean log per team instead of one mixed one.
The machine stays where the data is. A finance PC on a segregated network keeps its workspace there; production keeps its own. The workspace follows the computer, not the person.
Smaller blast radius. A misconfigured routine or a compromised machine reaches only what that one Runtime was granted. The others hold nothing of it.

Nothing is charged today. Your card is taken now so the subscription can continue by itself, and the first charge of €190 + VAT happens in 7 days. Turn renewal off before then in your account and you are never charged.

Card payment only. The seat renews automatically at €190 + VAT until you turn renewal off, which you can do yourself at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten or refund the term you have already paid for. AI-provider usage is billed separately by the provider you connect.

Kvantia Harness is a self-service product. A seat is a seat: a workspace’s digital member — one active computer running up to three agent tasks at a time — costs the same as a person who hands it work in the Kvantia app. Every seat includes software updates and bug fixes. None includes setup, workflow consulting, individual training, remote administration or an SLA. Harness drives an agent CLI you install and pay for yourself — Claude Code, Codex, Muse Code or Agy — and its usage is billed by that provider. When the paid term ends, the licence ends with it: the workspace loses its rights on our side, while your files, pages, routines, vault and run logs stay on your computer and remain exportable.

Kvantia Harness runs on a supported computer you own — no datacentre, no cloud. The model runs at your AI provider, so this machine drives the agent, not the model. For three agent tasks in parallel all day, aim for roughly this:

Your own AI, at cost

There’s no AI markup from us. Kvantia Harness drives the agent CLI already installed on that computer — Claude Code, Codex, Muse Code or Agy — and signs in with whatever subscription or key that CLI already uses. You pay that provider directly, at their price.

Harness reads each CLI’s own settings for its models and effort levels, so a model you gain there you gain here. Nothing runs through us, and nothing is marked up.

Our own Kvantia.ai model is being built, so that the big, expensive third-party AI stops being the only option. It is not in the app yet, and nothing you buy today depends on it — today Harness runs the agent CLI you already have.

A separate product

Model servers: the hardware that runs the model in-house

A Harness licence and a model server are two different purchases, and you do not need both. The licence runs the worker on a computer you own, through the agent CLI installed there and the models that CLI offers. A model server is a GPU machine in your own server room that runs open-weight models for the whole company — from €10–12k for a team of ten, up to an eight-GPU rack. Harness does not talk to one yet.

Seats, renewal, invoices and refunds

The seven-day trial: Every new subscription starts with seven free days. Your card is taken at checkout — so that nothing has to be bought a second time when the trial ends — but nothing is charged during it, and VAT, address and invoice details are settled up front. Turn renewal off before day seven in your account and you are never charged. If the card is gone by then, the subscription is cancelled rather than left unpaid. The trial is for the first subscription: seats added later are charged pro rata from the day you add them.
One seat, one price, two plans: You buy seats, and every seat costs the same. One seat is the Individual plan: owner-level tools in your own application, and no workspaces. Two or more seats are the Team plan: up to one fewer than your seats can be workspaces, because one seat is always a person handing out work. A workspace is one active computer, and its digital member is the account that signs in there; the other seats are people who hand it work in the Kvantia app. That computer runs up to three agent tasks at a time, and one pending task per project — a fourth waits its turn. A second workspace gets its own encrypted worker, its own credentials and its own queue, kept fully separate. Replacing a machine is free and self-service: release the old one in your account, and the digital member signs in on the new one.
Renewal and cancelling: You pay per seat, monthly or annually; a year costs ten months’ price. There is no separate first-year or renewal price — a seat costs the same every period. Billing starts when the trial ends, then renews automatically until you turn renewal off, which you can do yourself in your account at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals: it does not shorten or refund the term you have already paid for. There is no setup fee.
If a payment does not go through: You get 30 days after the renewal date to sort it out, and nothing is interrupted while that runs — a yearly invoice usually goes through accounts, not a card in someone's pocket.
When a term ends: The licence ends, and with it everything that runs through us: the workspace loses its rights, the digital member stops taking work through Kvantia, sharing pages to the organisation stops, and updates stop arriving. What is on your computer stays there — the app opens, and settings, pages, routines, results, the encrypted vault and the routine run log can all be read and exported. Nothing is deleted, locked or held back. Renewing switches the rest back on by itself.
VAT and invoices: Prices exclude VAT. The rate follows your location and is shown before you pay; business customers can enter a VAT number and get an invoice for every payment.
Refunds: If Harness will not run properly on your hardware, write to us within 30 days. Your statutory rights still apply. See the refunds policy.
